9. Replacement Guarantee
a) In general, we do not accept product returns or order cancellations.
b) If certain products are confirmed to have manufacturing defects after inspection, customers may apply exchange them for products of the same model within seven days (excluding certain designated products and accessories).
c) Each purchase is eligible for only one return or exchange.
d) If the replacement product is out of stock, customers may exchange it for other products of equal value.
e) When exchanging products, customers must present a valid order number and product details. Product replacement or refund may require inspection by the authorized agent to confirm that the product quality fails to meet manufacturing standards. This Website reserves the right to require customers to have the product inspected at a designated repair center of the authorized agent. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with no damage or scratches; the product serial number (if applicable) must match the information on the invoice.
