• Incorrect Delivery: The product received does not match the order information (such as wrong product model, wrong color, wrong size, or delivery of non-ordered products).

• Damaged During Transit: The product is damaged due to improper packaging or transportation during delivery, and the damage is verified with valid evidence (such as photos of the outer package and the product).


2. Non-Eligible Return Scenarios

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances, and we reserve the right to refuse return applications:

• Products that have been used, installed, or disassembled, resulting in functional damage, appearance wear, or loss of resale value (except for damage caused by quality problems themselves).

• Products whose original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or accompanying documents are missing, damaged, or altered.

• Consumable products (such as batteries, headphones, and other products that are easily consumed or have a short shelf life) that have been opened or used.

• Products that are damaged due to improper use, accidental drop, collision, or man-made damage by you.

• Products whose return application exceeds the time limit specified in this Policy.

• Products that have no quality problems and are returned due to personal reasons such as changes in personal preferences, incorrect purchase decisions, or failure to meet expected psychological needs.

• Products that are contaminated, soiled, or have peculiar smells and cannot be restored to a resalable state.


3. Return Time Limit

For products with quality problems (including defective products, incorrect delivery, and transit damage), you shall apply for a return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The date of receipt shall be subject to the signature date on the logistics delivery record.


4. Return Shipping Fee Instructions 

The bearer of the return shipping fee shall be determined according to the reason for the return:

• Shipping Fee Borne by Us: If the return is caused by our reasons, including but not limited to defective products, incorrect delivery, transit damage, or product quality not meeting standards, the return shipping fee shall be borne by us. You can choose to send the product by ordinary logistics, and we will reimburse the actual shipping fee.

• Shipping Fee Borne by You: If the return is due to your personal reasons, including but not limited to no reason return (within the legal scope), wrong purchase, or change of preference, the return shipping fee shall be borne by you. In addition, if the return application is rejected due to your failure to meet the return conditions (such as product damage, missing accessories), the shipping fee for returning the product to you shall also be borne by you.


5. Return Conditions

To successfully complete the return, the product and related items you return must meet the following conditions:

• The product is in an unused state, with no scratches, wear, stains, or other damages on the appearance and body. 

• The original packaging of the product is intact, without damage, deformation, or missing parts. The packaging materials (such as cartons, foam, plastic bags) and sealing stickers shall be kept as they are as much as possible.

• All tags on the product are intact and not torn or altered. 

• All accessories, gifts are complete and returned together with the product.

• For electronic products, the product serial number or other unique identification codes are consistent with the information recorded in the order, and there is no trace of disassembly, repair, or rooting.


6. Return Application Process 

To apply for a return, please follow the following steps:

1).Submit Application: Log in to your account on this Website, enter the "My Orders" page, find the order that needs to be returned, click "Apply for Return", and fill in the return reason, product status, and other relevant information as required. 

2).Review and Approval: We will review your return application within 2 working days after receiving it. If the application meets the return conditions, we will approve it and send you the return address, contact person, and other relevant information through the account message or email. If the application does not meet the conditions, we will reject it and explain the reason.

3).Arrange Return Shipment: After receiving the approved return notice, please pack the product and related items in accordance with the return conditions and send the product to the designated return address within 3 working days. Please keep the logistics waybill number for inquiry.

4).Product Inspection: After we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product's appearance, accessories, and function within 3 working days. If the product meets the return conditions, we will confirm the acceptance of the return; if not, we will contact you to explain the situation and propose a solution (such as rejecting the return or negotiating a partial refund).


7. Processing Time

• Review time for return applications: 2 working days from the date of receiving the application.

• Inspection time for returned products: 3 working days from the date of receiving the returned product.

• Refund processing time: After confirming the acceptance of the return, we will initiate the refund process within 1-3 working days. The actual time for the refund to arrive in your account depends on the payment method and the processing speed of the bank/payment platform.

• If the return processing is delayed due to special circumstances (such as holidays, large quantities of returned products, or complex product inspection), we will notify you of the progress of the processing in a timely manner.


8. Refund Instructions

• Refund Method: The refund will be returned to your original payment account in the same way as the payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card.

• Refund Arrival Time: Generally, the refund will arrive in your account within 3-5 working days after the refund is initiated. 


9. Exchange Instructions

• Exchange Scenarios: Exchanges are generally applicable to situations such as defective products, incorrect delivery, or product quality problems. If you need to exchange for a different model, color, or size due to personal reasons, you can first apply for a return and then place a new order (subject to stock availability).

• Exchange Address and Method: The exchange address is the same as the return address provided when approving the return. You need to send the original product to the designated address in accordance with the return process. After we confirm the acceptance of the returned product, we will arrange the delivery of the exchanged product within 3 working days (subject to stock availability).

• Shipping Fee for Exchange: If the exchange is caused by our reasons, the round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by us; if the exchange is due to your personal reasons (such as wrong size chosen), the round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by you.

• Stock Availability: If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you in a timely manner and provide you with options such as waiting for stock, exchanging for other products of equal value, or applying for a refund.


10. Combined Order Instructions

• If you apply for a return for part of the products in a single order (multiple products), you only need to return the products that need to be returned, and the other products will not be affected. The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual payment amount of the returned products.

• If you have multiple orders and need to return products from different orders, you need to submit separate return applications for each order. You can choose to send the returned products of multiple orders together, but you must clearly mark the order number corresponding to each product to avoid confusion in the inspection and processing.

• If you applied for combined shipping for multiple orders, the shipping fee for the original order will not be refunded separately when returning part of the products. If all products of multiple orders are returned, the combined shipping fee will be refunded in full (if the return is caused by our reasons).


11. Liability Division During Return and Exchange

• Our Liability: We shall be liable for the loss or damage of the product caused by our improper handling (such as incorrect inspection, improper storage, or wrong delivery of the exchanged product) during the return and exchange process. We will compensate you in the form of refund, reissue, or compensation according to the actual loss.

• Your Liability: You shall be liable for the loss or damage of the product caused by improper packaging, incorrect shipping address, or other reasons attributable to you during the return shipment. We will not accept the return application for the damaged product, and you shall bear the corresponding losses.

• Logistics Company's Liability: If the product is lost or damaged during the return shipment due to the logistics company's reasons, you shall negotiate with the logistics company for compensation first. We can provide necessary assistance (such as providing order information), but we will not directly bear the liability of the logistics company.

• You shall ensure that the information provided when applying for a return (such as order number, contact information, return reason) is true and accurate. If the return processing is delayed or errors occur due to false information, you shall bear the corresponding consequences.
